Sarem Vacuum Tanks ensure the precise shaping and uniform cooling of pipes directly after extrusion. Designed to support pipe production ranging from Ø16 to Ø1000 mm, our tanks are engineered to enhance product quality and optimize the production process.

Constructed from stainless steel, the tank body offers high corrosion resistance. Vacuum levels are automatically controlled to maintain consistent quality without defects, while preserving energy efficiency. Cooling water temperature is continuously monitored by sensors and adjusted automatically as needed. Thanks to the integrated bypass line, filters can be changed without halting production. Support rollers allow for fast and practical diameter changes, and unbreakable tempered glass windows enable external monitoring of the interior.
