About Our Calibration sleeves Technologies:

Calibration sleeves, as the name suggests, is a component that acts as a master to shape the semi-molten pipe profile exiting the extruder into the desired diameter with the help of vacuum.

Sarem Makina manufactures specially designed calibration sleeves to achieve maximum pipe production speed in pipe extrusion lines.

We produce calibrations for various plastic pipe extrusion lines, including Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PEX, and PVC. Our calibrations are available for pipes with an outer diameter range of Ø16-Ø2000 mm.

Sarem calibrations are made from a special bronze alloy to minimize friction on the calibration surface during pipe production and provide high resistance to corrosion.
