Sarem Machinery’s manual coilers are designed to wind plastic pipes in a smooth and controlled manner, streamlining both transportation and storage processes. Specifically developed for production lines of PE, PEX, PERT, and multilayer pipes with diameters ranging from Ø16 to Ø160 mm, these systems are available in single or dual-station configurations.

Our manual coilers are engineered to accommodate coil inner diameters from Ø320 mm to Ø700 mm. The coiling process operates in step mode, with automatic synchronization and torque control. Equipped with a touchscreen interface and PLC system, they offer a highly user-friendly operation. Additional safety features, such as a rail-mounted safety gate and easily accessible emergency stop buttons, ensure maximum workplace safety.
