About Our Haul Off Technologies:

Sarem haul-off units ensure the continuous, accurate, and steady movement of pipes along the extrusion line—maximizing both production capacity and product quality.

We offer a range of belt and caterpillar-type haul-offs that can handle pipe diameters from Ø16 mm to Ø800 mm. For small-diameter pipes, we provide 2-track systems, while for larger diameters, we offer robust solutions with up to 12 tracks.

Synchronization between the haul-off and extruder is achieved through precise speed control supported by servo motors. Special high-grip rubber pads and a pneumatically controlled top track system apply even pulling force without damaging the pipe. Pad replacement is easy and cost-effective.
