Sarem Cooling Tanks are designed to ensure rapid, even, and controlled cooling of pipes produced in extrusion lines. This process helps preserve the pipe’s shape, dimensions, and surface quality—ultimately optimizing production efficiency.
Constructed with stainless steel, the tank body offers long-lasting durability and high corrosion resistance. Its specially engineered spray system ensures uniform water distribution across the entire pipe surface while prioritizing energy efficiency. Sensor-assisted temperature control maintains stable water temperature throughout the process. Quick diameter changes are made possible by integrated support rollers. The bypass line allows filter changes without interrupting production, and tempered glass panels enable manual visual inspection of the internal process.
