About Our Belling Machine Technologies:

The Belling Machine is designed to shape pipe ends into sockets using a mold, creating secure, leak-proof joints for reliable pipe connections.

The Sarem Belling Machine automates heating, pressing, and cooling operations, enabling high-capacity, continuous production. Its water-cooled mold system maintains optimal temperature for consistent, long-term performance. Suitable for PVC and PP sewage and pressure pipes, it delivers dependable results across various applications.

Sarem has introduced a world-first internal heating system using rotary infrared heaters for direct, even heat transfer. This minimizes energy consumption and ensures uniform heat distribution along the pipe wall. The machine uses a hydraulic system for precise pressure control and stable motion, with pneumatic systems managing other moving parts. It can socket pipes with diameters ranging from 32 mm to 250 mm for both PP and PVC materials.

Sarem’s Belling Machine is among the fastest globally, capable of belling multiple pipes simultaneously in a single station. It includes a belt conveyor system for automatic feeding from the extrusion line, maximizing efficiency and machine capacity. Operators can easily manage the process through a user-friendly touchscreen interface and PLC.
