Sarem Machinery produces one of the fastest Automatic belling machines in the world. We offer different machines according to our customer’s manufacturing capacity. These machines can socket PP and PVC pipes in the range of 20mm up to 400mm. We manufacture belling machines suitable for PVC & PP building sewerage and pressure pipes. ABB Touch screen and PLC is used for the operation of the Machine. We developed a special Internal heating system by using Infrared heaters this helps us to minimize the electric consumption of machines. Moreover, Inferred heaters will provide homogenous heat inside the pipe. In Sarem Belling machines we use a Hydraulic system for socketing of the pipe which makes the socketing process faster and much reliable and pneumatic systems are used in moving components.

В машинах Sarem Belling мы используем гидравлическую систему для соединения труб, что ускоряет процесс соединения, а также очень надежные пневматические системы для перемещения компонентов.

La maquinaria Sarem produce una de las máquinas abocardadoras automáticas más rápidas del mundo. Ofrecemos diferentes máquinas de acuerdo a la capacidad de fabricación de nuestros clientes. En estas máquinas se pueden enchufar tubos PP y PVC dentro del rango de 20mm a 400mm. Fabricamos máquinas abocardadoras que sirven para tubos PVC & PP de presión y de construcción de alcantarillado. Se utiliza ABB Touch screen y PLC para el funcionamiento de la máquina. Desarrollamos un sistema de calefacción interno especial mediante calefactores infrarrojos, lo cual nos ayuda a minimizar el consumo eléctrico de la máquina. Además, los calefactores infrarrojos entregan calor homogéneo dentro del tubo. Las máquinas abocardadoras Sarem utilizan un sistema hidráulico para enchufar el tubo, lo que hace que este proceso sea más rápido y mucho más confiable; los sistemas neumáticos se utilizan para los componentes que se mueven.
