Sarem Machinery produces one of the fastest Automatic belling machines in the world. We offer different machines according to our customer’s Manufacturing capacity. These machines can socket PP and PVC pipes in the range of 20mm up to 400mm. We manufacture belling machines suitable for PVC & PP building sewerage and pressure pipes. ABB Touch screen and PLC are used for the operation of the Machine. We developed a special Internal heating system by using Infrared heaters this helps us to minimize the electric consumption of the machine. Moreover, Inferred heaters will provide homogenous heat inside the pipe. In Sarem Belling machines we use a Hydraulic system for socketing of pipe which makes the socketing process faster and much more reliable and pneumatic systems are used in moving components.
